Let’s Move! SLO, sponsored by HEAL-SLO, is a community effort to get healthy by taking one or all 5 challenges here which are:

1) ReThink Your Drink,

2) Eat Fresh, Snack Smart,

3) Gather Round the Table,

4) Get Up and Moving and

5) Move Together

The GOAL is to spark a community-wide effort to get healthy and active by encouraging individuals, families, and organizations to commit to a month of increased physical activity and/or healthy eating.
