Recreation Classes

Within San Luis Obispo County, there are numerous organizations that offer youth and adult recreation classes.  To see what is available in your area you might want to check out the following web sites.  Please note, recreation classes often change quarterly.  For example, new recreation classes often start in the summer, fall, winter, and spring and thus your options for physical activity can also change with the seasons.  Variety can make physical activity more fun.  Also, you can obtain your own recreation class by buying or renting a DVD from a bookstore or the library.

County & Cities – Parks & Recreation

Our local cities offer all types of recreation classes and in some cases league play (such as softball, baseball, and soccer).  These classes typically have a fee.  To find out what is in your area, look at the cities below and click on the link or call the City or County directly.  Most cities will add you to their activity mailing list.  These links can also help you find parks in your area.
